Shipping


What is the Estimated Shipping Time?

Standard: 5-7 business days, Rush 1-3 business days.


Orders that import before 8AM EST will ship the same day and anything after will either ship the same day or next day. Estimated 5-7 days but we have been seeing delays as with all carriers from the increased volume due to COVID-19.

All products will now be shipped due to delays from Covid-19. 

 

Where does Happy Monkey ship?

All of our products ship from Illinois.


Tell me about shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

We offer two shipping speeds:

  1. Standard (5-7 business days): $1.99
  2. Rush (1-3 business days): $25

PS: Standard shipping is free when you subscribe or spend $30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, we only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, as we are experiencing some delays in our international regions.

Yes. Rush shipping (1-3 business days) costs $25

Do you ship internationally?

RIght now we only ship to the US at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience! 



Returns & Exchange


How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to support@happymonkey.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.


What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. No questions asked.

Order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order Questions

How can I update my order?

Please email us at support@happymonkey.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, we won’t be able to make any changes once it’s processed but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page. 

 

How do I create an account? 

Here are two ways to create your account:

1. Next to the shopping cart is a "profile symbol" click on that and select create account when it asks you for log in information. Use the same name and email that you did to purchase your order.

2. Go to your email of order confirmation and click on "view your order." It takes you to a page of your order. Then click on "manage your subscription" and you can thus create an account that way (with same name and email as your order of course). 

 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promo code per order.

 

Why was I charged tax?

We unfortunately don't have control over the taxes that are charged - they are added in automatically and are subject to tax laws that are currently being updated. To give you a little more info: the way that taxes are charged online within the USA is changing right now because of the South Dakota v. Wayfair case. Because of this case, online tax parameters will no longer necessarily match up to each state's laws that apply to in-person purchases. Happy Monkey products are suitable for all skin types.


Are you cruelty free?

Our ingredients are all vegan, and have never been tested on animals. 

 

How does the subscription package work?

If you purchase our subscription package, you will pay $10 for a bottle. 

2 month subscription = $5/month = $10 total for 1 bottle. You will receive a bottle every 2 months. You will pay $10 every 2 months.

3 month subscription = $3.3/month = $10 total for 1 bottle. You will receive a bottle every 3 months. You will pay $10 every 3 months.
